I was absolutley chuffed with this ring when it arrived i bought it for my partner as a suprise engagment ring! i had 'love you always' engraved on it...the writing was beautifully engraved and my partner loves it! thank you!

very poor quality

I bought 2 of these rings and had them engraved had to send them back after a few months hadn't even worn them when i came to show a friend them one day i notice the rings had developed black spots, sent them back and was refunded very poor quality for money

I have read the other reviews regarding these personalised rings, and not one has said they are value for money. I am in dispute at the moment and am refusing to pay as the workmanship/engraving is rubbish and taking it to another jeweller I was offered only [$] for scrap value. If I had seen the ring first I would have sent it back [which I have done twice only to have it sent back]. I have contacted the office of fair trading as I think we should not pay for something which we are not satisified with, engraved or not.

i ordered the gents and ladies rings for our wedding bands before i got them personalised to make sure they both fitted, i am very glad i did as when they arrive this one was such bad quality i was straight on the phone to return it, half the line that runs round the ring was missing.
